Emily Dickinson, 438

It Lichem groeit ekstern -
De makliker manier -
Dat as de Geast - him bergje wol
Syn Timpel stees yn ’t sier

Stiet - feilich en útnoegjend -
Noch nea hat it ferret
De Siel dy’t mei oprjochte earnst
Dêr syn ûntwyk yn socht

The Body grows without -
The more convenient way -
That if the Spirit - like to hide
It’s Temple stands, alway,

Ajar - secure - inviting -
It never did betray
The Soul that asked it’s shelter
In solemn honesty
