Jesus Summons Forth<\/em><\/big><\/p>\n

Jesus saw Lazarus.
\nLazarus was likely in heaven,
\nas dead as a pear
\nand the very same light green color.
\nJesus thought to summon him
\nforth from his grave.
\nOh hooded one, He cried,
\ncome unto Me.
\nLazarus smiled the smile of the dead
\nlike a fool sucking on a dry stone.
\nOh hooded one,
\ncried Jesus,
\nand it did no good.
\nThe Lord spoke to Jesus
\nand gave Him instructions.
\nFirst Jesus put on the wrists,
\nthen He inserted the hip bone,
\nHe tapped in the vertebral column,
\nHe fastened the skull down.
\nLazarus was whole.
\nJesus put His mouth to Lazarus\u2019s
\nand a current shot between them for a moment.
\nThen came tenderness.
\nJesus rubbed all the flesh of Lazarus
\nand at last the heart, poor old wound,
\nstarted up in spite of itself.
\nLazarus opened one eye. It was watchful.
\nAnd then Jesus picked him up
\nand set him upon his two sad feet.<\/p>\n

His soul dropped down from heaven.
\nThank you, said Lazarus,
\nfor in heaven it had been no different.
\nIn heaven there had been no change.<\/p>\n
